Returns & Refunds Policy 

All orders placed will have 24hr cancellation or order amendment period before it is shipped. Please contact us via e-mail if you wish to cancel and your payment will be refunded.
If for any reasons You are unhappy with you products and as per Distance Selling Regulations you have a 7 days right to return chosen goods.

*Please note: Any Gift Hampers sold on our website, including Personalised Gift Packaging, are exempt from any rights to return, due to the fact that we are not able to return these products into our restock.
Return shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer and the order will need to be returned in a condition fit for restock before refund can be authorised.

*NOTE* Any Claims for damaged items or items lost in transit, must be made within 24 hours of order arrival/expected arrival. Claims after this time will not be processed.
